pstars just froze up on me and I was in the middle of 2 tournaments... is anyone else having probs with this site?

Phewww It's not just me then!
Was at the final table of a $16 double shootout, already made the money places and was sitting nicely placed to go on to win the seat.
I've already fired them off an email asking what they propose to do in way of compensation.
Obviously the starting point is the money i've already won, plus a share of the seat amongst the remaining players...
but i'm gonna angle for a seat anyway

- the remainder of the award pool distributed proportionally according to
the chip count
At the time of cancellation there were 8 player remaining, and your chip
count was 1,370. Total chips in play were 15,000. The remaning prize
pool was $1,154.00 and the minimum prize was $72.00.
Prize pool to be divided equally: $72.00 x 8 = $576.00
Prize pool to be divided based on chip count: $1,154.00 - $576.00 = $578.00
Your share in money equally divided: $72.00
Your share based on your chip count: $578.00 x (1,370/15,000) = $52.79
