Thats poker mate.
In points S&G's you can expect it to happen more. People tend to play crap and they also tend to not give credits to other players.

Even though villain has AT why didn't you give him credit? Calling the raise with AQs is fine but with no flush draw why did you push the flop?

The guy called everything all night.

This hand is obviously a bad beat, although it's pretty questionable to call a raise in a 3-way pot with AQ. Sometimes raise, sometimes fold, rarely call.
However, it's impossible that your slump is entierly caused by bad beats, i'm sure there are human-based errors in there. Tilting is a bitch and you'll tilt more the more often you get sucked out on. Solution... play more hands without playing bad.
Good luck

I don't really think his call was bad, I've played a ton of SNGS and AQs is a pretty strong hand, one guy limped and then the other dude raised, chances are limpy has trash and if he DOES have a premium hand (AA,KK sometimes QQ) you'll know it fast and have only lost 300, those 3 hands are really the only ones that can be limped in and then reraised with. Raising is ok, but in the lower buyin tournies players never give you credit for a hand, most of them will still call you with a large range and its tough to get much info from a reraise against these types, and if they do have a good hand you've dumped at least 1/3 of your stack.
I like the smooth call here personally, you get into a decently sized pot with a good hand and if you hit something good like a big flush draw, or TPTK you can play the hand strong on the flop like you did. Getting sucked out on happens, but I don't think the hand was really badly played preflop, getting it all in the flop is really hard to say because this is only 1 hand, if the guy was playing loose all game then I'd have put it in too.
