Well to answer someones question about the full tilt rake I emailed support. After waiting a day they came back with this response.

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we are no longer switching existing players to Rakeback accounts. I realize this causes a certain amount of frustration and inconvenience but at this time there is nothing more that can be done.
Once again I apologize. Also multiple accounts are not permitted and the creation of such an account will result in its closure.

Don't overlook other sites, Ultimate Bet is pretty awesome and you get 30% rakeback, Absolute is good if you like 6-max, although the competition is less fishy than PS or FT. That said, I play at Jokerstars, but I am the definition of a sucker.
