dont think it REALLY qualifies as a bad beat but whatever....
where the HELL did this guy get the audacity to raise me on the turn??!?!?! amazing... should i have 3 bet?

Ouch yeah your opponent played this hand very strangely. Going all-in on the turn isn't a horrible idea.
In my eyes his raise on the turn really represents A with a heart draw. Since you checkraised (I probably would have raised to 30 instead of 23) on the flop, your opponent probably puts you on a hand that hit the flop, maybe 2 pair or top pair w/ a draw. I'm guessing your opponent raised the turn to figure out where he stood on the hand, thinking you might be scared of the ace, ect. Although your opponent IS dumb for not putting you on a hand that can't even beat a pair of queens. I'd 3-bet push the turn for sure.
I like your river bet, its pretty much a perfect sized blocker to get a showdown.
