They probably have pairs of some kind, they both have huge ranges here b/c of PF play.

I'd call the flop.

On the turn, if EP bets and MP calls, thats when I'd raise, although if it's a complete bick/safe card you can call here as well and plan to raise on the river.

If a club falls on the turn and it goes bet-raise
you can think pretty hard about folding

small pot if you lose
big 3-way pot if you win

good plan?

There aren't too many happy cards on the turn. Either the card kills us or our action most of the time, so I vote raise.

I call the flop to try and see a safe turn card. If another club comes (that isn't the Q or 8), I probably fold to a lot of aggression.

You have flopped a big hand here but one that definitely needs to be played with caution, especially since this is a tournament. I think I want to keep the pot small at first unti the turn. If the lead bettor fires again, then you need to start to worry since him being called by two players on that flop would have to give him pause.

I actually raised to 500. In retrospect I should've raised more as my intention was to protect my hand.

EP folds and MP calls.

Turn: 5 Diamond

MP bets 600. The pot is now 1525. You have 1700 in your stack.

What now????

Exactly why I would have played it softly on the flop instead of raising. Now you have built a big pot and you still don't know where you stand. Basically, if you call this turn you are more than likely compelled to call the river too (unless another club comes). I hate calling off my stack with second best, but you might have forced yourself into it here.

Am really not sure about this one but...Smells like MP has the As. A smaller flush wouldn't want any higher one card spade drawing to a flush and should have popped it on the flop. Either before or after you raised. there is a small chance he has the nut flush, but why would he just cold call 2 flop raises and lead on a blank?

I think it is as often a set, 2 pairs or a nut flush draw (maybe with a pair) So I think you need to pop it and hope for the best.

You still have 1 out against the flush nut.

Smells like he was taking the advise of some of the people here. He tried keeping the pot small, and waiting for a safe turn card to pop it. My bet would be he either already has a flush or a set.

If he has the flush you have 1 out (10 of clubs). If he has a set, he has 10 outs.

I probably end up folding on the turn, you still have 17 bbs left so you're not in terrible shape.

I called.

River came 3 Club

It went check check and he showed K Club 2 Club for the win. Thanks for the tips.
