Raise to $30 and prepare to push. If you're up against a cooler, so be it.

but wouldn't KK be a concern?... the way villian played the hand screamed set...

I'm a nit. Which hand calls our river raise that we beat?
Even worse, why reraise, what can you beat but a bluff? Do you think villain is such a donk that he will reraise on a paired board with a flush?
I probably just call first river bet (=nit)
I defiantly just called the reraise.

Yeah that would account for the string of checks...

This was my thinking too but I'd probably still just call the river (I'm very passive).
...however I doubt I'd have got that far. I'd have con-bet the flop to which:
-He'd have raised and I'd have folded.
or
-He'd call and I'd figure I was either behind now or he was drawing. The turn brings a Heart and I'm left feeling even more sure I'm behind and waiting for an excuse to fold.
