Not the best idea but not necessarily a bad idea, either.

Sometimes call, sometimes fold?

I guess it depends on whether or not the ace or king of Diamond hits the turn or not. :D

Pretty much. When the bet gets a call before it gets to you, its highly unlikely that you'll end up with the best hand on the river.

Your hand has no showdown value, your backdoor draw is to the Q-high fourflush + backdoor gutshot, and if you hit your K or Q you might end up having to pay 2 bets with the 2nd best hand.

Well, my original post said that PYROMEDIK was a 16/5/1, the rest are unknown.

FWIW most 16/5/1 type players know enough to not be cold-calling raises with KT or QT OOP. His most likely hands here are: AT, 66, something like Q Diamond J Diamond .

I'm getting 5.5:1 on a call to a backdoor flush draw, backdoor straight draw and 6 overcard outs. I'd give myself something like 7 outs.

Yeah, but you have to count in the times you have to call 2 bets with the potentially worst hand when you make top pair also and a 2nd drawer increases the chance of this. Negative implied odds detract greatly from overcard outs in FL, esp i multi pots.

I either raise or fold. Since you were the preflop raiser, if you feel that you have a tight image, they will either fold or check the turn to you.
