I'll usually go with about $100 and play the 2/4 tables. The last time I went I got rags all day except for a pair of jacks and AQ one time each. I lost EVERY F***ING HAND. I sat at that table for 5 hours and the best I could do was split a pot with the AQ.

I budget 50x SB for any game I play. 3/6-6/12 are my usual games. I'll play 10/20 if I'm feeling bold (and especially if I scored well at the Craps table beforehand!!)

That just happened to me at a 5-10 table except i didnt even get a single split hand or anything. My best hand was a flush draw I didnt hit and left me with king high. Turns out someone was on the ace flush draw anyways (so i am kind of glad it didnt hit). Im down to 25 bucks and ive been waiting for a premium hand to come along and im getting nothing. Then its my big blind and pocket kings (Kc,Ks) come along. Its raised by someone and I reraise and the original raiser caps it at 20 Only the raiser and me stay in. Flop comes Ad,10d,3d. I bet 5 and he goes to throw away his cards and someone mentions to him that im all in. and he then changes his mind and calls the 5 which i would have done too in his situation. He had Ah,8c. He raised twice preflop on A,8offsuit then of course hit his ace to beat me. Even if i had the King of diamonds I would have beat him because another diamond came on the river. Or the hand that really hurt was my trip jacks with a Queen kicker that got beat by trip jacks with a king kicker. I won a couple hundred the day before so its not that bad though.
