How to post hands from online play? |

When I see hands posted on this forum for analysis, etc... how are you guys doing this? What sites do you play at which allow this to be done easily?
I ask because I copied a hand history from bodog to post and even with an insane amount of editing, it came out way messier and hard to read than what I see posted here. Can anyone give me some tips?

If a poker room doesn't use this standard square bracket notation, get an account at www.pokerhand.org and paste the history into there. Just post a link to that hand and we will all be able to see it.
