I'm usually calling here

If he's got me beat and I raise-call, I'm down 2BB when he 3 bets
If I have him beat and I call, it's a 1 BB mistake by not raising

Meh, I call because getting 3-bet here sucks ass... but I guess you could risk raising and fold to a reraise.

I think there's virtually no chance that anyone here would fold to a reraise on the river.

Usually I'd just call, reason being is most 2/4 players are dumb Very Happy and it's quite possible they were calling you down with a 6 hoping to improve.

am I wrong to also think that a 7 or low PP would also play this hand...

if villian is passive and is putting you on overs then could be their line....

I think you'll find one of the lines that separates really good medium-limit players from others is finding situations where raising and folding to a 3-bet becomes the best line to take.

Not to say that this would be best here, but I think its worth considering, no?

It's definitely worth considering a bet-fold, I edited out the part of my first post that contemplated raise-folding, I decided agaisnt it because I don't really think we are ahead right here... he could have a couple hands that bet-call on the river... like 10-8, A-7/K-7, maybe 44 or 55.

If you want to raise on the river, bet-fold is prob the best line
