This is a tough post for me to write since I usually praise Bodog as a fun place to play poker and/or donate poker winnings via their sports wagering system. Maybe I'm still bitter about the Neteller situation as it relates to this post (http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/forum/t20751/bodog-5k-victory) since I haven't been paid yet.
Anyway, almost a month ago I place 2nd in the same tournament and pull in almost $1200. I request a payout of $800 and pay the extra $20 for FedEx service which is supposed to average 2 days.
Needless to say after a week, I call and am told that Good Friday and Easter Monday are holidays (really? I wish someone told my boss!) and that my check should be cut in a day or two.
Later that week, I call back and I'm told that due to many payout requests related to March Madness there's a backlog.
Another call yields that they are looking for a new payment processor.
Yet another reveals that they are in fact processing payment requests made during the first week of April. My request was made April 4th.

Ok....so what's the story this week?
WHERE'S MY MONEY?
Everytime I call (or email) I get a different story.
I guess it's time to go public with this disgrace.
Account No. XXXXXXX
And the response....
Dear Mr. Sh*t out of luck,
Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service. We do not have any new information regarding your payout at this time. We ask that you wait until the end of this upcoming week and if your check has still not arrived, please contact us by phone again to speak with one of our managers directly who will be able to help you further with this matter.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Customer Service

I'm sad. Now they're even too lazy to tell a good fib.
Am I not even worth that anymore?
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com
