Was this cheating, unethical, or anything similar?

Notable hand from last night-

1/2 NL $300 max buy in (Live Casino B&M)
10 handed

Relevant stack sizes, player descriptions

Villian #1(MP) ~$100 Drunk loose agressive player, tilt, seeing every flop at almost any price. Raises PF with any A
Villian #2(1 before the cutoff) ~$200 Fairly tight passive player, gambles every once in a while seeing a flop with trash if the price is right, folds most flops
Hero (C/O) ~$450
Villian #3 (button) ~$150 Super super tight middle age lady. Will usually fold her SB for the extra buck, even if there's 8 way action behind her. I've maybe seen her in only 2 or 3 hands the previous 3 hours I've been sitting there playing.

About 2 early limpers, then Villian #1 makes it $12 to go (standard PF raise in this game, it seemed like it was $12 every single hand).
Villian #2 calls.
I have 6 Spade 7 Club , and I call.
Villian #3 then looks at her cards, and unknowingly to her, flashes her cards and I see them. She has pocket queens. She reraises to $40.

Folded around to Villian #1, who calls.
Villian #2 calls.
I call.

And on to the flop we go.

K Heart 10 Spade 7 Spade

Villian #1 checks.
Villian #2 checks.
I bet $50.
Villian #3 thinks about it, and folds.
Villian #1 calls all in for less than the $50, he had about $45 or so.
Villian #2 goes in the tank, then finally folds, first claiming he laid down top pair, then later claiming he only laid down a 10, second pair.

2 rags come on board, and it's time for showdown.

Villian #1- AQo, for Ace high
Hero- a pair of sevens

Pot size, about $220 or so

Everyone's eyes at the table lit up, wondering how a pair of sevens held up.

So my question is this-
Was it wrong for me to put a squeezeplay on someone that I knew what they were holding? I didn't deliberately look at her cards; just when she picked them up to look, I saw.
I definitely did have an unfair advantage due to someone else's sloppiness, but how should that affect me? Am I now supposed to fold preflop, since I know what range of hands will get her to make a laydown? Because in all reality, had I not known what she had, there's no way I would have called her reraise.

Or would others have handled it the same way/similarly- just keeping your mouth shut and using the extra information to your advantage?

+1. It's a player's responsibility to protect their cards.

I may choose a time later to warn her and say, "Be careful with your cards. You're flashing them a bit."

Since you bring it up, I guess it lay heavy on your conscious.
i think officially this is poker, and its up to her to protect her cards. I might have told her I've seen her hand and they proceed to play as you play. that will make her fold even quicker.

My first live poker game (MTT) I've seen the cards of the guy sitting next to me. I thought he had a pair of T's. I told him I've seen his card and disgustedly folded my 6's to his raise. It just didn't feel right playing with the extra knowledge.
But it was early on... .

btw, I would have sett'ed up and he only had QT and got a T on the turn.

If you are craning your neck to try and see someone's cards that's one thing, but if you are just sitting there in your normal position and someone is flashing their cards that is their problem. I may or may not something depending on if the person was annoying me in some way or not.

I would argue that if someone is dumb enough to act in this way, you have every right to use it against them.

If you dont take her money, the person on the other side will. If she is hot, tell her that she is revealing more than a lady should.

I tell them, after the hand, if they are nice. Most live players disgust me so I probably wouldn't tell them.
