On flop

3 9's
3 10's
4 8's
4 k's
7 hearts (9- 8's and k's since they've been counted)

total 21
on turn toss in remaining jacks =24

weirdo's got it.

70% on the flop

50% on the turn

Ouch.

Take away the 6 and Q of hearts after the turn, as either would give us the flush and the other guy a boat.

So on the turn it's:

8888
999
TTT
KKKK
A34567Q

for 21 outs

Then:

8888
999
TTT
KKKK
JJJ
A3457

for 22 outs.

...but you lose the Q6 hearts that would then make him a boat.

I say 21 and 22.

On the flop, discounting runner-runner possibilities, we have 21 outs presumably. 9 hearts, 6 non-duplicate straight cards (3 non-heart 8's and K's), and the 3 remaining 9's and 10's.

On the turn, we lose the Queen of Hearts and the Six of Hearts, but we pick up the 3 remaining Jacks.

I agree with Iron Butt and Kalbelgarion. 21 and 22.

Kalbelgarion gets the cookie!

You got me laughing because it took me and ScanX 15 mins to agree on the wrong answer.
