By and large, there is not as big of a jump in strategy from 100 BB to 200 BB as there is from, say, 50 BB to 100 BB. In general, it just means that you should play even more carefully in the big pots, and that preflop selection becomes less and less important, while correctly identifying implied odds becomes more and more important.

The deeper the stacks, the less likely I am to slowplay a hand like bottom set. I am also much less likely to attempt huge, over-the-top semi-bluffs, simply because the times you get called and lose will start to outrun the fold equity you gain by pushing with something like the nut flush draw on the flop.

I also realize I have now have odds to call reraises with small pocket pairs. And I call raises with SC in position more easily.

I had one problem though : Raised from the BTN with 9's. SB reraised. I call (he have 100XBB I have over 300..)

Flop comes K9x (two spades) he bet half his stack. I fear K's but decide to call.
He bet the rest of the stack on a blank turn. I call.

Turn out, I didn't have 9's, I had 93s....
Was sure I had 9's. Damn multi tabling.

Would have been nice had I had 9's though..

Never happened before. Especially not online Smile
