In 6 max $25NL there is a lot of raising, and a lot of reraising as well. Not all reraising are with A' - Q's
Have seen people getting in PF raising war with ATs , med pairs etc..
in fact today someone got into a raising war with me, I had A's he had AK and of course he flopped trips.
Anyway, so how should I play AK when I'm being reraised. Today it happened 3 times from 3 different players in 2 tables. This all happen within 10 min of the session. So I wasn't behaving extremely laggy yet, and didn't have any notes.
I called and folded UI on all 3 but felt its a big waste of money.
in another hand I actually reraised with AK in position and folded when dude led the flop...
Any thoughts?

Limp in with it occassionally. If you are in UTG or UTG+1, limp like 50% of the time. If its raised behind you, YOU make the 2nd raise! If its not raised, try to play a smallish pot, unless you flop the nuts or near nuts.
In terms of what to do when you are reraised. I'm more inclined to call loose players than tight ones and in position more than out of position.

Pushing is usually not a horrible play against chronic reraisers. In fact, shoving preflop with AK is often the best play with it.
Calling and hoping for an A or K is usually not a good play OOP... shoving would frequently be a much better play. But you need to know that people are 3-betting with more than AA/KK, which is pretty common in 6-max.
Also, I know some people really disagree with this, but buy in shorter. Then, pushing preflop becomes a much better play, because getting 3-bet with AK when you have really deep stacks sucks balls.

I'm not going to buy in small just to be able to play one hand.
In fact I keep my stack at full buyin just because once you have more then a buyin people give you more respect. And since I do not know how to play when people start playing back at me - I love having respect and people folding to my c-bets.

I'm not saying you should do it just for one hand.
And that's not a very good reason to buy in full btw.

of course thats not the only reason.
I play poker because I like to play poker. I don't necessary enjoy the gambling part of it.
If I buy short, my decision are usually pretty easy : push or fold.
I want to learn to float, 3bet light raise with air etc. Because I want to become a better player. Not just a successful one :9
