played the 18 players $5 S&G - seems to be my best game.
Got to last 5 SS , started to steal here and there and managed to make it to HU with 2-1 lead.
first hand I push AI on the flop with TP he called with 2P and catch runner runner flush to even up..
we play some then this happen :

5$ SNG´s are wonderful, but i prefer the 6 handed.
In the 18 players you have to outlast 14 and only less than 25% of the field get paid, so I prefer the other ones where you just have to outlast 4 guys and have a higher percentage of players get paid of. its easy to win and i think you dont have to be so lucky like in 9 or 18 player sng´s... of course if you score its much more, but i am fine with 19/11$ payout.
actually the 10+1 is as weak as the 5+.50 but because of the swings i try to build a BR with the 5$ tourneys (managed to turn 2$ in almost 200 but had a bad time catching cards at 10+1 and 20+2 so the money is gone again )
probably the 9 and 6 handed tourneys are pretty much the same, but 6 handed is faster and my strategy works better if i can see more hands in the early stages of a tourney.

yeah, I used to play S&G only and did went up to the $10 and did just as well in them .
However beginning of April couldn't cash and after 10 games in a row my BR started to suffer.
Now am into cash games more and only play the occasion S&G.
would love to get into MTT more.
HU is still my best game.

Online-Cashgamesare my Nemesis... I dont know why, but I cant score. On the other hand, when I am playing live i win pretty often.
If HU is your best game than its even more EV+ playing the 6-handed sng´s, because you just have to outlast 4 players (of which 2 donk themselves out early) and then let your HU-Qualities take down the SNG.
U know those doublestack 90 Player SNG´s? They are pretty easy to beat as well, I almsot always make it deep there, because you can play tight in the beginning, accumulating some chips... afterwards I pick my spots. its pretty interesting (but you better have another game running besides, because until the first break nothing really is happening) and you can practise for the real MTTs.
I wanted to play the FTOPS Main event just because of the "Superstack" whick helps my game... I almost never play the normal tourneys with 1500 starting chips... its just a crapshot and your M gets so low even if you have an avg. chipstack... its just pushing with any decent hand in position, close your eyes and pray... i dont like that.
I was playing pretty much HU too, but then I was playing against a friend of mine (who states that hes making a living of the game), who is a lucky callingstation, and those 2 facts together made me hate HU for quite a while, if you know what i mean

yep, most often when I lose in HU is when they call a big dog and get lucky.
I seem to make much less mistakes in HU then in normal S&G or MTT or cash games.
But still one hand they get lucky can take the game away from you.
