I felt he probably has a flush draw or 3-3 here, flush draw more likely since he might c/r flop with trips. So, should I bet here or check ?

It's hard to tell without knowing the player obviously but I think there's even some significant (though not huge) chance that he's got something like 88/99/TT and will give it up, and rarely some players are weird enough to give up JT or QJ here to another bet. And of course, generally speaking we want to bet against a flush draw as well.
I'd probably bet about 350 here and run screaming from any raise and probably from most river bets, and I'm obv looking to check behind on most rivers. I tend to hate giving up in heads up pots when my opponent hasn't proven he's that interested in his hand, and I've got enough of a hand that I'm mostly beating the drawing part of his range. That can be suicide in rebuy tournaments though

4/5th pot size bet, strongly consider folding to the c/r.
If they just call then the upcoming card definitely decides whether I'm checking behind a missed draw or betting very strong to get a jack to fold.
