I call these 100% of the time, and lose 90% of the time.

Can I ask why you left her with $6 to push on the flop?

In these spots I am pushing or folding facing a short stack who wants to put in 40%+ of their stacks perflop.

7 tables i think at the time, i coul dhave missed what she has left behind after the raise

I would have played this very differently. I play Jacks like any small pair, almost exactly as though I have dueces or 77. I'd have called the .80 bet. I want to see the flop cheap, and if I make a set I have a better chance of getting some play if there is more than one opponent in the hand. Instead you raised and she re-raised. Alarm bells. If she had been playing reasonably tight, I may fold it at that point, I'm thinking she probably has QQ, KK, AA or AK. Would she re-raise that much with a pair of 10s or lower? I really don't want to ping-pong raises with someone when I'm only holding JJ. Now you have a lot of money invested and considering she only has $6 left, you're not getting out of this hand.

You're first to act on the flop. Here I would have bet out and put her all in. If you were willing to call an all in bet of 6, why not make the bet first? By checking, you're saying "I don't have an ace." If she has KK or QQ, she feels safe enough now to put in the rest of her chips. If you made the bet first, maybe she folds QQ or KK fearing that you have an Ace. She might even have suited QK here or something and is trying to steal it. If you make the bet first, she folds it. Since you didn't bet, even QK beats you because she catches the K on the river.

At these stakes, unless your opponent is a known idiot, you're beat here, and were beat preflop too. Its very rare, dare i say impossible, to see someone at these stakes re-reraise preflop without being either an idiot, or someone who holds KK+.

Preflop re-raise was fine, calling may be a better option since we're OOP, but I think at these stakes, a PF raise and call doesn't mean you're beat preflop. If you're calling though, I'd say you should be looking for a jack or a low flop, maybe betting out on a king/queen high flop.

Once you get 4-bet here against a shortstack who is dying to get their money in, you're up against AK maybe 20%, and QQ-AA the rest, so it is a fold.
