Probably good folds unless you're up against some maniacs or you are perceived as a maniac/very frequent bluffer.

It's at least partly conceivable that you're up against A Club x Club in the first hand as well, in which case you would obviously call... but he didn't push all-in, which is a little weird for a flush draw, so I'd say set is more likely.
