With position, it's not out the question, but you're going to have to hit that flop pretty hard because chances are the flop bets will be pretty big. If you think you have decent chances of stacking an opponent given the right flop, it's probably not a bad call, but that's discretionary.
Folding is definitely safer, but it depends a lot of how often and for how much opponents c-bet, etc.

The first caller only has like $4 left after the preflop call and is probably going to get the rest in if he gets any piece of the flop. The original raise will likely call with a wider range so its a tough position for a drawing hand. You've got to really hit the flop hard for this to work out I'd think.
