Crypto Golden cup series of poker.
£530 buy in mtt. £30k for first.
I feel f*cking ill
im actually shaking.
Early levels of the £100k gtd £530 buy in in this series.
I get 99 in mp, ep riases 4X to 80 i call as do both blinds.
FLOP : Ac 9c 8h
Blinds check and intial raiser bets about half the pot.
I re pop him 3X his bet and the blinds both muck he thinks for a while... he thinks for ages
then i realise he's takling way too long.... SHIT! the "reconnecting" message comes up
i finally get back on about 10 mins later and i lost that pot.
I am on super duper tilt now and really shocked at how f*cking sickly sickly un;lucky i could be.

Take a deep breath, hold it in then as you breath it out say "He had aces. I would have busted.".
I don't know if I could avoid tilting there, but that's all I could do to bring me back to some level of focus.
