first, you got pretty good value. Half a buyin (assuming he folded) in one hand is not that bad.

I might attempt c/r the turn. with 4 players in the pot and no one seems to be worry about the flush good chance someone will bet.

the river is an horrible card, I bet about 1/3 pot here. give him good odds to call with his K..

If he was real aggressive, I might check it.

I think you played it fine; the river just ruined your shot for value, but I think your bet probably has the best expectation because he doesn't have to call it very often for you to show pretty good profit. This happened to me yesterday when I flopped the nut flush vs the K-high flush... a fourth club came on the river and he still called my shove, so you never know.

I might also attempt a c/r on the turn, but your way is perfectly acceptable in my mind.

I think you can also just bet it outright, your average 25NLer is probably assuming everyone slowplays a flush and if they're donkey 25NL 6-maxers, I can't imagine they give a rat's ass about people behind them. Plenty of nice draws they can try for on this board.

I would bet outright also. It is a family pot (minus the UTG folder). They are all donkeys so they will most likely call a bet with A-high or a straight-draw on a suited flop (don't do that!!) Slow playing any hand with 4 other opponents is very risky. You had the nuts but still, giving free cards to 4 opponents who got in cheaply to the flop is very dangerous, because you do not know what they have and you are not gaining any information by checking. If you're going to trap, do it against one opponent, because the chances of one opponent catching up are not as great as 1 of the four opponents catching up. I like the turn bet, and the river bet kinda looks like a bluff (if would look even more like a bluff if the river was a 2 Club and a donkey would call) All in all, it's hard to do too many things wrong with the stone cold nuts

in these situation i follow this line...

rule: "avoid bluffing into a multiway pot because usually someone has something"

avoid bluffing... k so now you have a pat hand... bet the shit out of it because usually someone has something and that's really the only way you're going to get any money out of these situations anyways...

Raise the flop, the times someone has a lower flush or set or even two pair and shove back make you much more money.

I play this limit on stars right now and I've had decent success raising this flop.

I like to pop it to around $3-3.50ish
ppl love to call the flop with as little as AT or JxQh here, and if anyone has a set, 2 pair, or a lower flush, any heart is going to kill your action.

Start building the pot while ppl can still find hope for their hands, and then go to valuetown on later streets.
