hi all,
I'm playing lots of poker and got lots of points on Fulltilt.
With 16k I can now get 3 books (will cost me a total of $21 out of my rakeback)
Am thinking to get Harrington's on holdem - all 3 volumes.
I own and read Super System 1 and Winning low stakes (by slansky)
though I'd love to get better in cash games and make a decent income, my main passion is MTT's. In which I pretty much suck at the moment.
Any other recommendation , suggestions or remarks before I spend my well earn points?
thanks
Danny

If you seeing yourself playing more MTTs than anything else in the future, then reading HoH vols 1&2 is a must.
Volume 3 is just a "workbook" full of hand histories that Harrington gives his two cents on. A good read, but not as important as the first two.

If your main passion is MTTs and you haven't read HOH 1 & 2 yet, you're doing yourself a grave disservice.

What if I want to improve both tournaments and ring games?
Maybe get HOH 1&2 and another book?

1 and 2, with the new sklansky book is pretty good if you want a mix. It is the new one on nl cash games... otherwise i would just get the third workbook one and struggle through it. it is fun .. (though i havent had the patience to start the third book yet, to be honest....)

are you talking about "NL Hold'em Theory and Practice by Sklansky and Miller"?
