Unable to log into pokerstars |

For the past week, I haven't been able to log into pokerstars. It's been giving me the same error message: "Internal Error (71/1001). Please contact support@pokerstars.com. Include the above Internal Error number in your correspondence."
Of course, I emailed them right away about this, but I haven't gotten a reply from them for about 5 days now, when usually the support team for pokerstars reply quickly (within 24 hours). I'm starting to worry a little about the funds that I have in my account, and I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems with this, or had problems in the past.
