Hi. I am hoping you can settle a major problem i am running into at all home and tournament games. If you can bear with me on this please.
I know that in heads up the dealer button is always the small, but what happens when there are 3 people and this example happens
EX-- player 1 is on the button, player two is small blind, and player 3 is big blind. Player 1 then gets knocked out. What happens with the button. It wouldn't be fair for player 3 to BB twice, and to skip player 2 and give the button to player 1 would make player 2 loose his chance at good position.
Please help resolve this.
Thanks
