Can someone fully explain the rules concerning the minimum bet in no limit hold'em? And also how sure you are that you are right.

Specifically in relation to the small and big blind and at the various betting rounds.

Minimum bet is big blind. All raises much be at least as much as the previous bet or raise.

For example, blinds 100/200, 2nd round of betting BB bets 200, net player raises to 400, button raises to 1000, next raise must be at least 1600.
