Dealer move your chips into the pot immediately when u Fold?

I've got 2 questions

I'm suppose to be dealing a proper game of texas for a mini company event that my boss is holding for my company department, well some sort of a 'get together texas hold em' session'
and my boss nominates me to deal the game....

need to get some help from u guys here ok?
even though i read thru rules and guides on 'how to deal texas' , some doubts still within me,

1) a player was re-raised by another player, and he decides to fold. So when the player throws his cards to me to indicate Fold, do i also Immediately collect the chips that he has bet for that betting round, and place them into the pot straight away? Or do i wait until the end when all players has made their decisions?

2) after the betting round has ended, i'm suppose to collect all the bet chips from each player, and place them into the pot right? If so, do i stack them nicely? or just push them and pile them into 1 big messy lump? how does the dealers do it in a actual tournament like the world poker series?

I hope to be give a good impression by dealing with the proper procedures and official actions that a casino dealer would have

Many thanks for the answers Smile
