I love that in this culture forsaken country of mine, we can watch 24/7 coverage of 10 idiots in a house with camera's on them every moment of the day................
yet the most prestige poker tournament in the world will get maybe some highlights in novembertime Crying
thank god for filesharing 8)

Don't forget the amount coverage spent on singing to be mocked and insulted...and then having the biggest mockery of all be awarded a record contract.
You know who I'm talking about. She bangs, she bangs...yeah CNN..That's newsworthy. Rolling Eyes

There are numerous other productions which apparently thrive in the cultural vacuum called network television, but if I mention all of them I'll become too sad and have to kill myself.

I weep for the present & future of generations growing up on this mental vomit ...I know my unborn child will not be exposed to such garbage on my watch. I digress...

If anyone knows alternative options for viewing the big WSOP event live or with minimal delay, please post.

A little OT: For some reason, I take pride in the fact that I haven't watched one episode (not even a full segment) of ANY 'reality' TV. I've almost come to the conclusion that many people actually LIKE to see other people suffer (that's really why they watch isn't it?). Pretty pathetic IMO.

Dont' forget too that Poker Stars will be reproducing the final table LIVE (or as close as can be) on May 28'th... I think that's the date. That might be interesting to watch

And they're the only reality there is on TV in my opinion. What the network calls "Reality TV" is a joke. In what world are they living? Not mine. I'll stick with my ESPN, HBO, TVG and PBTV, thank you very much!
