betting structure

In our local tournaments, we've always played no-limit from an original buy-in. So, I understand the big and small blind concept, but I don't understand the limits at casiino games.

Was looking at this page and got confused:

http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/limits.html

In the "structured limit" section, it says, "In Hold 'Em, the amount that can be bet pre-flop or on the flop is the first number. In a $5/$10 game, you'll be betting $5 at a time. On the turn and flop, the amount doubles"

Did that really mean on the the turn and the river? In other words, it's $5 pre-flop and immediately after the flop, then $10 on turn and river?

Also, which of these is the most common way hold em is played in casino poker rooms?

Going to Vegas for the first time in the spring and want to make sure I understand.

Thanks in advance...

Yes, the page was incorrect. It should have said "the turn and the river". So 2 rounds at $5 and 2 rounds at $10.

That page has been corrected. Thanks for the heads up, I wouldn't have realized otherwise!
