Pretty strange line if it's a bluff, why would a (made) hand we're beating wait for the board to improve before getting stuck in, in a 3-way pot. He's can probably see he's going to get called often here and the river card has completed a load of backdoor draws.
Any hand we beat is going to be betting to cut odds to draw on the flop and turn.
the more i think about the over-bet shove is always the nuts in this spot.
If it is a bluff it's super clever or super stupid and i cant work out which one.
i think ciso made the right move but in the same spot i'd probably donk off my chips because im not good enough to fold a set
