Is raising his min-bet pointless? Do you guys let a card run off to make my hand and then try and get his stack? At these levels, is min-bet a blocker or a bet-inducer?

fold PF.

i hate everything about this spot and cant think of a good outcome. Id be reluctant to play for stacks here because more often we're probably losing our own as it's going to be impossible to disguise our hand when we do make it and he can have us totally dominated with a hand like QJ. His line dosn't make any sense considering how connected the board is.

Theres probably value to be extracted from this spot but its just so uber thin and risky that i'd just rather wait for a much easier spot which at 2nl there are plenty.

Agreed.

Even at $10NL I don’t bother mixing it up or trying to conceal my hand. You can play a much simpler game than this. It’s dull but it’s profitable.

looks fine, i call/decide turn. folding preflop is awful

Pre-flop is totally standard. When it's folded to you on the button (cash game here, folks), you should attempt to steal the blinds with a wide range.

Up through at least 50NL where I've played, a weak lead into the pre-flop raiser heads up is a blocking bet a vast majority of the time. I pop those leads liberally, even when I've missed, and get folds a high percentage of the time. This villain has led into two opponents, which might signify a little more strength. However, it's just a min-bet, which I would definitely raise when you hit a decent flop as you did. You have decent equity when called if you are behind, and you usually get a free river if you want it. Your raise is weak, though, less than half the pot. If he's donking into you with a draw, he won't go away.

As played, it looks like villain's min lead was a bet inducer, so he likely has 2 pair or better. He's giving you odds to call, and you can jam the turn if you hit a straight, most likely fold if you miss.
