This guy has been pretty tight oop, laggy on btn, pretty typical really.
Apart from that, no huge notes,except he's seen my fold to his overbet 3bets, on all 3 occasions.
What's your line here?

raise flop imho, esp considering the history. he is expecting you to start playing back at him with a wider range.
as played, i think a turn raise shows a lot more strength and with a very uncoordinated board only hands that call you are sets, whereas his single-pair type of hands are almost certainly struggling to find a fold.
smooth-call turn and see what he does on the river.
