Anybody have links or can point me in the right direction for a list of tourney's offered by the casino's in this area?

They run ring games, SNGs, and tournys out of Rockford, but quite often they will have events in Addison, Des Plaines, or Elgin. They have one scheduled tonight in Arlington Heights.
I haven't played in any ring games, But I played there multi-tourny a couple times. I lost AQs to QQs the first, the second I did okay, but wasn't catching cards.
They seem to run a pretty good game though.
Don't know anything about what the casinos do though.

I was at Harrahs in East Chicago last fall. They had Wed or Thurs NL tourneys in the evenings. Now Trump has a place out there too-best just to call the poker rooms there and ask.

I've heard, I think here, that Harrah's has Thursday game.
Per Trump's website they have.
NO LIMIT TEXAS HOLD'EM TOURNAMENTS
EVERY WEDNESDAY
- Registration 10am - 1pm
- Tournament Play 1pm
- $10 Entry Fee
- $80 Buy-In

Thanks! Unfortunately I have M-F job and I'm not wealthy, can only play on the weekends. I'll check out Harrahs but Trump needs to set some up for Sat-Sun.

I know the problem. I know the Aurora boat has applied to the state to run tounaments, but the state rejected them.
