I'm looking to hold a small private tournament for NL texas holdem. I am going to have a winner takes all grand prize with bounties of five dollars each. Just looking for advice on how much the small and large blinds should be.
Should they be a set percentage of the 35 dollar buy in?
How should I determine how much they should increase as players are eliminated?
One more thing, should there be antes, like in most typical home games?
Any insight is appreciated.

If it's a tourney winner takes all, perhaps u should base blinds etc on the number of chips u are going to dish out. My friends and I used to play $5 tourneys with an arbitrary $1,750 of casino chips each with blinds starting at $25 and $50. We DOUBLED the blinds every 45mins which sounds crazy but we found it always gave a 2-4 hour game with the blinds changing at the just the right times. With the doubling effect too, after 45mins ur up to $50 and $100 which sounds low that late on but after 2hrs 15mins ur up to $200 and $400 which suddenly becomes more of an issue.... We only ever got up to $400 and $800 blinds once in 25 games and even that only lasted 10mins or so. It's up 2u, the house decides
