EV and betting

Ok I know holdem and played mainly in fixed games. but PL and NL are different games. I have read in sklanski book, that if you have AA preflop on the button and the blinds are 10-20 you have an EV about 60%. I know what expected value is but in relation to betting I get confused.

Betting is correlated to that, but how
do I do that referring to NL and PL.
