You chase an Ace high flush to the river. The same card that makes your flush also pairs the board. There's a bet and a raise in front of you. Call or fold?

You would need to take into account the play up to that point.
was someone raising like they already had 2 pair etc.
As with everything in poker, the answer to that question is "it depends"

It would be extremely difficult to throw that away, especially if you're talking about online play where people are generally looser and you don't have any history on them.
Overall, I guess I'd say that 7-8 times out of 10 I play the ace-high flush. I'd rather lose to a full-house than throw away an ace-high flush and a huge pot to a weaker flush, trips, or a lousy two-pair (or if you're playing online low-stakes like a $5 SNG, you might throw it away to a single pair or complete bluff).

It also depends on whether you are playing tourney or ring game, limit or no limit. In almost any case if you are playing limit and are at the river with the A high flush you have to call those bets. Pot odds would demand it. If you are in a tourney then it would depend on what stage and what the bets and raises are. I doubt I would throw that away in most cases.
