What's the best way to come up with information on the legalities of gambling online in your state? I've done a lot of searches but have yet to find any information. Maybe someone could more simply answer if they know if it's legal to gamble online or not from Pennsylvania? Thanks a bunch.
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

Since posting my question, I have come across a good resource at least for online gambling laws. It gives information on law at a federal and state level, as well as ongoing debates and recent laws affecting gambling.

My self I had an attorney on retainership from a really bad Auto Vs. Pedestrian hit and run. while still under contract for services, I asked him because on my concern for my Tourny nights. what he came back with a few weeks ago was great news for me. I found out I could host a non tourny poker game so long as I didn't rake, max buyin was no larger the $500, and that my charging a cover charge put my into Poker Club status. un fortunelty I'm going to have to put alot of money to get up to code.
Good thing he got me a huge settlement... shesh...
