They just showed a special segment on Sports Center about Ungar. They may replay it later today. Keep an eye out. At one point they interview Mike Sexton and he had to stop the interview because he almost broke down.

I saw it (had seen if before), what I thought was great about it (besides the well deserved praise of Stu) was the beforehand acknowledgment by Stewart Scott about the rising explosion and domination of Poker. I know they only ran the special as a lead in for their tomorrow nights opening 2004 WSOP coverage, but it was nice to see that the folks (including anchors) at ESPN having no choice but to acknowledge Poker as a force to be reckoned with. Watch out NFL

How long was the whole segment on Ungar?
They'll prolly show it before they start the 2004 wsop first showing tonight of the no limit hold em.

It was on Sportscenter. I've seen it before, as in probably last year. I think it was during the 2003 WSOP telecasts?? The segment is about 5 minutes long...it shows him winning the WSOP and tells of his cocaine addiction. His first title, his nose was normal, by the time he won his last title, his nose was messed up BAD 'cuz of the coke.

I finally got to see this tonight.... it was good, I really want to see the movie about him now. I wish they would hurry up and release it
