OK. another newbie question by me/ Been baffeling me for a while, and after watching millions of games on tv and the internet, i still dont get it LOL

basicially, i wanna know who bets first after the flop and why. I think it is the last person to call, but sometimes, it isnt.

is it anything to do with where you are in relation to the dealer button? and if it is the last person to call thing, if they fold, does it go to the person on their left, right, or the next last person to call. If yas get what i mean Razz lol

An example would be great thanks

In Texas Hold'em it is ALWAYS the person to the left of the Dealer Button. Position does not change in Hold'em. That's why it (position) is so important. If you are in early position pre-flop, you are stuck in early position all the way through.
