Not sure about Canada, but I know Greektown in Detroit has hold'em.

The Casino in Point edward have hold em, thats just across the border from Port huron, Michigan.

I live in the Greater Toronto Area. The two casinos within driving distance are Casino Rama in Orillia and Brantford Charity Casino in Brantford.

Casino Nova Scotia in Halifax has 5-10,10-20,15-30 tables thursday to Sunday and sometimes an Omaha high game.
But that sounds like its out of your way.

Pt Edward in Sarnia Ontario (i'm originally from Sarnia) as stemmerp said. BUT beware. You don't want to travel too far to get to this place and have their 4 poker tables full (almost always are on a regularly busy night). Long long wait. After 4 hours of waiting (playing other crappy games) I asked and nobody had gotten up yet. I think you can actually CALL in to get on the list... So basically reserve your seat.
