Who wins this hand or is it split? All cards are the same suit so each player has an A high flush. The question is: does the next card determine the winner?
Community cards A 10 7 4 3
Player 1 K 8
Player 2 J 9

If the board is all the same suit, and neither player has one of the flush suits, the pot would be split between the two players.
Other than that, the player with the highest card of the flush suit thats higher than the 4 on the board would win. (Note: If one player only had the 2 of the flush suit, the pot would still be split between the two players, since the community cards would still be the best 5 card poker hand, which both players could use)
