I am going to Vegas and I want to make sure I understand the games. I get limit, no limit, spread... but I am unsure of the numbers and how they pertain to the betting.... so let's say we have games with these different numbers
Hold 'em 2-4
Hold 'em 1-5-10
Hold 'em 1-4-8-8
Please explain the betting for each game. Thanks for any and all help.

Hold 'em 2-4
This is a lmit format, SB of $1 and BB of $2. Must follow a betting structure. Preflop and postflop, the minimum bet and is $2 and can only raise it by $2(probably caps at $8). For the turn and the river, minimum bet is $4 and you can only raise by $4(probably caps ay $16).
Hold 'em 1-5-10
Not sure what this is, maybe a structured $5/$10 game with a $1 ante? Just guessing at this one.
Hold 'em 1-4-8-8
Ah! Spread limit Hold Em!
In a $1 - $4 - $8 - $8 spread-limit hold'em game, a player has the option of betting anywhere from $1 to $4 before and after the flop and betting anywhere from $1 to $8 on the turn and the river. At least I think that's how it works.

Thanks. This is what I thought and yes the middle game here is the one which is confusing me. If anyone can shed some light I will be totally out of the woods.
