If someone can accurately work out the exact percentage of their hand. And they can also accuratly work out the EXACT percentage of that hand being beat. Is this a major edge in a game such as fixed limit poker? where bluffing isnt as important.

Yes it is an advantage. It is impossible to calc the % of your opponents hand, unless you are incredibly skillful at putting them on a hand.

It is not impossible.
Lets presume a set of maths experts could work out the exact chance of card X or hand X coming out for both you and your opponents. How much of an edge would this be?

they have done that and the information is available. It is worthless info with respect to your opponents hand because you dont know what he has.
If you can figure out a way to determine what your opponent has in his hand, that info would be worth infinately more than and calculations.

I actually do keep a running count of the Potsize becuz it is the potsize that determines if i should call/fold/or raise!
For instance- if i have a 4flush draw on da flop; it's 4 to 1 against me catching the Flush on the Turn...so logically(in limit)...i would need the potsize to be at least 4 small bets to warrant me chasing! I can't call if there are only 3 small bets in the pot...becuz that would be considered negative expectation over the long haul.
I believe most professionals do this(i'm not saying i'm a pro); becuz they Know that over the long haul...it will payoff.
The only time i believe pot odds aren't a major concern is when it come's to No Limit Hold'em...where Implied Odds makes it all worthwhile to call a bet; even if the Pot Odds aren't there!
