Not so much a bad beat, but certainly bad luck! |

I was playing Limit Hold'em today on a .50/$1 table.
I held K Q.
The flop was 9 10 J.
Got some callers.
Turn was a 8.
Loads of raising. (I'm laughing here because I assume they've got Q's or, if they're silly then they've got a 7)
Betting capped.
The river is a K !!
Sure enough they had Q's but because of the river the pot was split 3 ways... its should have been mine I tells ya! ALL MINE !!!

That's exactly what I was thinking as I was reading that post. All I could see what the king coming on the river and an opponent holding AQ. A split pot isn't all that bad considering.
