In Omaha if the board has 4 diamonds and you have only 1 diamond, you still have a flush right?
I thought you had to use 2 cards, but im not sure

so say you have Q J 2 3
The board is 3 3 5 7 4
I have 3 of a kind Q high right?
What if it is this(same hole cards)
3 3 5 5 10
Do I have a full house or just 3 of a kind?

in both hands you would have three of a kind, Q kicker.

Exactly.
In Omaha you MUST use 2 of your 4 hole cards and 3 cards from the board.
No exceptions.
This is the rule.
Best 5 card hand using any 2 of your hole cards and any 3 from the board.
