I actually DELIVERED a bad beat last night....by accident. 10 6 in a blind, someone raised 175 early in a SNG, table jumped and I called instead of folding. Flop 10 8 7.

I thought, what the heck and went all in. I figured he would put me on a strong hand since I made the call preflop, or, if he had overcards he would surely lay down the 400TC pot. He calls w/ KK...OOPS!

Turn 9, I made the str8 to win. I went on to win the SNG fairly easily, holding 3000-5000 chips most of the time. 6500/1500 head going in heads up.

I felt kinda bad about that one. Laughing Laughing Laughing

I had a similar hand in Vegas last week. I had pocket 7's. Flop comes 3,7,9 rainbow. Turn and river are something like 2 and 6.

Lost to pocket 9's.

Ouch.

i actully recently suffered a bad beat to one named Fandango in nl 100, but i got it back, i could never quite pin him as an idiot or a player, theres not one chance he doesnt take, i think it might even be the same fandango, is this at party poker?

Dr_Pablo :
-------------

yeah this is at PartyPoker NL100.

And I have the same problem as you, can't really say if he's a real fish or a good player making some mistakes. Although such a play puts him in the fish category for a while.

Nut Flush :
-------------

I never said such a thing :)
They are actually worse than anywhere else.
It's like at NL25 people are learning the game and play real tight.
NL50, these are people who just learned the game in NL25 and try the higher limit, there again they dont wanna screw up.

But NL100...man...it's like they wanna make money real quick.
Some people are really horrible. I've seen people calling a $10 raise with 92s etc.

Buffarino :
-------------

Not exactly the same kind of bad beat.
Here he put $8 in the pot with 54o...something I would never do and I doubt any decent ring player would do that.

On your hand you were beat preflop, on flop, on turn and on river.
With my hand HE was beat preflop, on flop, on turn and only made his winning hand on river.

Needless to say his draw is really awfull aswell

Dave :
--------

You are as horrible as that fandango, go away ;)
