There are a couple north of Toronto and one south east of toronto. Casino Rama, Great Blue Heron and Casino Brantford all have limit poker rooms. Go to www.canadianpokerplayer.com for a more indepth list.
I typed into mapquest from Indiana University to Toronto. Its 10 hours and 2 minutes. Then another hour and a half or so up to Rama or Blue Heron. Rama has their fall classic tournament sometime this month I think. I dont know what day, but they do require you to come in person and sign up ahead of time and they usually sell out.
Its 8hours 59 minutes to Brantford Charity Casino. Here is where i normally play because its closest to me. The casino is small. I dont know if it would be worth a 9 hour drive. They have 14 poker tables but for some reason beyond me they only have enough dealers usually to run 10 or 11. They have limits from 2-5 up to 20-40 and the very occassional 50-100 game.
Niagara Falls, Canada, the older casino has plans to open a Poker room before the end of the year. I heard November. Its 9 hours 20 minutes to Niagara from Indiana university.
Seneca Niagara Casino has poker but thats in Niagara Falls, New York. I dont know what the age limit is there.
Let me know if you want any more info about these places. If you can I would recommend Seneca because its the only one with No Limit out of all of these casinos, but i am unsure of the New York State gambling age requirement. 21 to drink so probably 21 to get into the casino.

How far into Indiana do you live? It's almost easier to go to Michigan to play. MI has some casinos that are 18 and have cardrooms. There is one in Mt. Pleasant. It's way shorter that 11 hours. From that casino to Indianapolis is 6 hours. I don't know. Depends what you want. You can get booze in Canada at 19 too.

the seneca niagra casino doesnt have a cardroom, it was stated erlier i think. about them making it in november. well i went there last night. and i asked the pit boss, and he said they have plans of opening them in december.
they do have niagra holdem. its like texas holdem, only you can raise it. you already place your bets before you get your cards. which i dont like. but it was interesting to talk to the dealer. i wouldnt try it, but if your that desprate to drive all the way here.

Niagara Falls Casino does NOT have a poker room (rumours of one here in November)
