Hi all, I'm planning a ski trip / bachelor party for a friend this winter. We're planning to go to South Lake Tahoe and several of us will be very interested in the poker action at some of the area casinos. From what I can tell there are 5 casinos right at the base of the lift (sweet!!).
Anyone have any first-hand information at all on the poker rooms at these casinos or general suggestions on where to stay? Thanks!
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

I don't know about South Lake Tahoe but if you make it into Reno the 2/4 table at the Circus Circus is like taking candy from a baby. The 3/8 kill table is more interesting and the 7p.m. no limit game is always a blast.
