Amazing Comeback, if I do say so myself |

I was playing a sit and go at UB $20+2 buy in limit game and catching some tough beats. At $450 (or so) I called down to the river w/ K 10 suited 10 as the top pair on the board. Lost to pockets As.
So I am down to $140 w/ blinds of $75 and $50 coming. Both dealt hands are complete junk w/ 2 bets in front each time. I fold, down to $15 after starting w/ 1000 in chips and 10 players down to 7.
Needing to make a move, like going all in w/ $15 is making a move, I go in w/ J 9 offsuit w/ 4 players in. J on the flop and 9 on the river takes down a pocket overpair. Back to $90.
Next hand 10 10, I raise the $75 blind to all in. 3 others call and a 10 + junk comes on the flop. Now I am at $350 (including the small blind fold).
2 hands laters (maybe 3) pocket 9s. I raise preflop, flop comes 4 4 8. 9 on the turn I am raised on the turn so I reraise. We 2 bet on the river and I won over 3 4s. Up to over 1000
I then get to 1800 after holding $15 no more than 10 hands earliers. I go on to catch some great cards and take my chip count to nearly 8000 out of 10000 on the table, taking out the 3, 4 and 5th place players.
I would like to say that I cruised to an easy victory, but I couldnt get anything heads up and went down.
But still, $15-$8000 in short order and a 2nd place finish for $60 felt better than any 1st place that I have had so far.

Hehe, that's superb dude, nice one. It's times like that that make up for all those times when u go all-in short stacked and come up with nothing.

I had a similar experience. I was in a 18 player sit and go on Pokerstars. I was all in because the BB was larger than my stack. I got 32o and the flop was 332. The turn was a 3. My opponent could not stop typing things like "@#$%&". I won the next few hands with great cards but lost in heads up play cause i was too excited(or i just got beat). But i felt like i had won.
