Is there any spreadsheet software to track your day to day stats? Do some of the sites do that?

www.pokercharts.com is a good one. However for SNG's I have a spreadhseet which I use offline. I still update my income/outcome on pokercharts though.

What kind of spreadsheet? like an excel file or something? I am thinking of trying to put one together myself, I can't find any for download thru the internet...

Yeah. What are you looking for exactly? This is just for $10 sngs, but can easily be modified. A friend of mine made it.
There are a few floating around on 2+2 as well.
